In 2019, I led the rollout of Barfoot & Thompson’s refreshed brand: a full repositioning of the organisation’s identity and personality across a large network of branches and support locations.
I directed a team of eight designers to deliver all creative outputs, shaping the visual and verbal decisions that defined the new identity. I also developed the complete suite of brand guidelines, including the master brand framework and a detailed signage system for more than 75 branches.
The rollout involved transitioning thousands of print, digital, video and environmental assets, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure consistent execution and adoption. The result was a cohesive, organisation‑wide shift that strengthened brand clarity, improved consistency, and gave teams a practical, long‑term foundation for applying the identity with confidence.
