New Zealand G2G needed a clearer, more cohesive way to articulate its government‑to‑government offering to overseas partners. I was brought in to define that story and build a strategic foundation the team could use with confidence.
Over six months, I worked with internal stakeholders, partner agencies and organisations across the wider ecosystem to understand how the organisation operated, what people on the ground needed, and where the narrative was falling short. That insight shaped a unified positioning and a clearer articulation of NZ G2G's offering.
From there, I rebuilt the messaging system and developed a suite of practical marketing tools to support real‑world engagement, from introductory conversations through to detailed capability discussions. The work strengthened NZ G2G’s profile, sharpened its offering, and gave the team a clear, adaptable framework to guide future growth and outreach.
