I designed and edited the Callaghan Innovation’s 2024 annual report, reshaping both the presentation and the written content to give it more clarity, structure and polish. The project involved refining the narrative, tightening complex sections, and creating a design language that made the information easier to navigate and more engaging to read. The final report secured board approval with zero revisions (if you've ever been involved with annual reports, you'll know that's all but unheard of...) and was commended by stakeholders, staff and external audiences for its on-point presentation, coherence and overall lift in quality.
